We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade order management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in IBM Sterling OMS, Java, Microservices architecture, and Cloud-Native technologies. This role involves leading technical teams, ensuring best practices, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Sterling OMS and Java-based microservices.
• Architect and implement Cloud Native applications leveraging Kubernetes and containerization.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills/Experience

• Strong expertise in IBM Sterling OMS (Order Management System) – configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot for microservices development.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
