Job Responsibilities

• Transition and re-architect existing SSRS reports into visually engaging and insightful Tableau dashboards to enhance business decision-making.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and materialized views in Databricks for seamless data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes.
• Design and create interactive dashboards using Tableau Desktop based on business needs and requirements, ensuring optimal user experience and insightful visualizations.
• Conduct thorough data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to guarantee data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all reports.
• Publish, schedule, and maintain reports and dashboards on Tableau Server, ensuring accessibility, performance, and efficient report distribution.
• Set up and enforce data security protocols, including row-level security, within Tableau reports to align with project requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective, user-friendly BI solutions.

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on BI development experience, with a strong focus on Tableau.
• Expertise in SQL (complex queries, views, materialized views) and Databricks for data integration.
• In-depth knowledge of Tableau Desktop for designing impactful visualizations and dashboards.
• Proven experience in Tableau Server management, publishing, and scheduling reports.
• Strong experience in implementing row-level security in Tableau.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
