Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Power Platform.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), ensuring secure identity and access management.
• Support and enhance email security and delivery using ProofPoint.
• Configure and manage Intune (MDM) for device compliance, application deployment, and security policies.
• Leverage Graph API and Terraform for scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code deployments.
• Ensure integration and interoperability across all M365 services and legacy systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to implement best practices for cloud infrastructure and user access.
• Provide Level 3 support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for M365-related issues.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT industry experience, including work with major systems and vendors.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 cloud services.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, and ProofPoint.
• 3+ years supporting Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Intune (MDM).
• 2+ years working with Graph API and Terraform for automation and provisioning.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux systems and enterprise IT architecture.
