Senior Supply Chain Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

*Analyze supply chain and inventory data to support planning and operational decisions.
*Review purchase requisitions and monitor inbound supply to maintain inventory health.
*Manage product catalog data and ensure data accuracy across systems.
*Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support business stakeholders.
*Translate business requests into reporting and analytical requirements.
*Perform data reconciliation, validation, and quality checks across multiple data sources.
*Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational efficiencies.
*Utilize ERP, inventory management, and reporting tools to support business operations.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve supply chain performance.
*Communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications

*8–10 years of experience in supply chain analysis, business analysis, or inventory planning.
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling, reporting, and analysis.
*Strong experience analyzing large datasets and presenting actionable insights.
*Knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, and logistics processes.
*Experience with data reconciliation and maintaining data integrity.
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

*Reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Business Objects.
*ERP and business applications including SAP, SharePoint, and Asana.
*Project collaboration tools such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, and Power Automate.
*Experience with report automation and dashboard development.
*Exposure to project management methodologies and stakeholder coordination.
