Perform thorough testing throughout the development lifecycle, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring the application is fully functional, secure, and performs optimally.
Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with customer requirements and business objectives, providing insights to improve quality.
Create, document, and maintain detailed test cases, testing results, and defect logs. Provide clear reporting and communication of test findings and potential risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Extensive experience in quality engineering and testing, particularly in ServiceNow applications.
