Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test strategies for ServiceNow applications, including functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure comprehensive coverage of all features and enhancements.
  • Develop, set up, and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance the efficiency of testing processes, reducing manual testing efforts, and improving speed and accuracy.
  • Perform thorough testing throughout the development lifecycle, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring the application is fully functional, secure, and performs optimally.
  • Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with customer requirements and business objectives, providing insights to improve quality.
  • Create, document, and maintain detailed test cases, testing results, and defect logs. Provide clear reporting and communication of test findings and potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the ServiceNow platform complies with industry-specific security, performance, and regulatory requirements through rigorous testing and validation processes.

 

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in quality engineering and testing, particularly in ServiceNow applications.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Familiarity with functional, regression, integration, and security testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with testing in Agile environments.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers.
  • Understanding of industry-specific security and regulatory standards for ServiceNow implementations.
