Role and Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and customizations, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom applications.
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
• Ensure seamless data exchange and process automation.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow instances. 
• Implement best practices to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Provide support for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred 
• Senior level development experience as ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITOM
• Experience with integration tools and methodologies; MuleSoft experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
