Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong experience developing Service Catalogs, including Standard and Multi-Row Variable Sets (MRVS).
• Hands-on expertise with Flow Designer, including flows, subflows, and decision tables, supporting moderate to complex workflows.
• Proven experience building multi-page Record Producers and catalog forms.
• Advanced to expert-level experience with Employee Center, including portal configuration and custom development.
• Moderate to advanced scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Glide APIs) to support custom development and platform enhancements.
• Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow Discovery, including analysis and troubleshooting of Discovery logs.
• Experience supporting CMDB health checks, audits, and data cleanup initiatives.
• Ability to perform daily administration and monitoring of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB processes.
• Strong skills in reviewing and analyzing Discovery logs, probes, and sensors to identify and resolve issues.
• Practical knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, and WMI.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components, including servers, databases, storage systems, network devices, and cloud instances.
