Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end deployment and integration of security-related software platforms, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration across diverse teams, including IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and business units, to drive project success.
• Develop clear and engaging communications targeted at large employee populations to announce and explain security policies, procedures, and project updates.
• Monitor project progress, resolve obstacles, and adjust plans to meet business needs and deadlines.
• Foster a servant leadership approach by supporting teams, clarifying goals and deliverables, and promoting accountability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in managing projects focused on software deployments and integrations, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity, with a particular emphasis on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Excellent written communication skills, adept at crafting messages for large and diverse audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft productivity tools including PowerBI and Planner; experience with PowerApps and PowerAutomate is a plus.
• Demonstrated servant leadership mindset, focused on enabling team progress, supporting accountability, and stepping in as needed to help achieve goals.
