Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as a Senior Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring consistent application of Scrum and Agile principles
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices and mindset
• Identify and remove impediments that impact team delivery and performance
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability
• Support Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe) where applicable
• Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and delivery timelines
• Track and communicate team performance metrics and delivery status to stakeholders
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to the broader Agile community of practice

Required Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe certification, or equivalent Agile certification
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a Senior or Lead role
• Strong background working within the Financial Services industry (banking, insurance, capital markets, fintech, etc.)
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex, regulated environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large, enterprise-scale Agile transformations
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in Financial Services
• Experience with Agile metrics and reporting (e.g., velocity, flow metrics, predictability)
