Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)
• Serve as a servant leader to one or more Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework
• Work closely with Product Owners to groom and maintain a healthy product backlog
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile practices and mindset
• Track team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and use data to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve overall Agile maturity across the organization
• Ensure teams are working efficiently and aligned with organizational goals and timelines
• Foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and accountability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 6 years of related experience, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team empowerment
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) is a plus
