Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the finance and business teams to understand requirements, define priorities, and translate them into actionable tasks for the SAP S/4HANA Finance module.
• Organize and prioritize the business workstream tasks, ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline and goals.
• Allocate tasks to team members and ensure resources are utilized effectively to meet deadlines.
• Lead efforts in mapping legacy financial data to the SAP S/4HANA system, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
• Develop detailed functional specifications for RICEFW objects in collaboration with the technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are met.
• Oversee the end-to-end testing of RICEFW objects, ensuring all components work as designed and meet the business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to finance processes in SAP S/4HANA and ensure timely resolution

Job Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in SAP Finance, with at least 5 years in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) implementations.
• Proven experience in managing business workstreams for large-scale ERP projects. 
• Deep functional expertise in SAP Finance (FI/CO) with a strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.
• Experience in organizing, prioritizing, and allocating workstream tasks, ensuring all deliverables align with project milestones. 
• Strong experience in specifying and testing RICEFW objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, cleansing, and validation in SAP Finance, including familiarity with data migration tools and techniques. 
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve issues that arise during testing and validation phases.
• Familiarity with cross-functional integration points within SAP S/4HANA, particularly with MM, SD, and Treasury.
