We are seeking a Senior SAP Cost Management / Project Systems SME with strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS), Cost Management, and Omega 365 to support enterprise rollout, UAT, Hypercare, and production stabilization activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support UAT, deployment, cutover, Hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Act as the functional SME for SAP PS and Cost Management during rollout waves.
- Troubleshoot issues related to cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, WBS, settlements, commitments, and cost allocations.
- Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) integration across source systems and ERP platforms.
- Ensure accurate data flow between Omega 365 and SAP.
- Analyze integration issues across Omega 365, Compass, Data Lake, middleware, SAP, and D365.
- Perform root-cause analysis for data inconsistencies, synchronization failures, and process exceptions.
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities.
- Lead incident triage, severity assessment, and resolution tracking.
- Develop workarounds, operational runbooks, and technical documentation.
- Identify recurring issues and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, infrastructure, product, and support teams.
- Support training, knowledge transfer, and business readiness activities.
Required Skills
- 8–10+ years of SAP implementation and support experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS).
- Strong knowledge of Cost Management / Project Accounting.
- Experience with Omega 365.
- Solid understanding of P2P / Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, and middleware.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience supporting UAT, Hypercare, production support, and enterprise rollouts.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
