Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Lead the technical implementation of Health Cloud capabilities, including care plans, patient management, assessments, care team structures, and related health data models.
• Architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and work with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, and platform security standards, including Salesforce Shield encryption and event monitoring.
• Perform code reviews, maintain development best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to performance, integrations, and functionality.

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
• 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 1+ year of hands-on Health Cloud development.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Apex (triggers, asynchronous processing, platform events)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura
  • Visualforce
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk/Streaming)
• Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud features and data models.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance, Salesforce Shield Encryption, and security best practices.
• Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment tools (SFDX, Copado, Gearset, etc.).
