Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Lightning, Apex, VisualForce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and correct project delivery.
• Perform impact analysis and contribute to system design and architecture.
• Write SQL queries and conduct ad-hoc reporting.
• Develop integration solutions using Salesforce APIs, SOAP/REST web services, and third-party tools.
• Stay current with Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Ensure release management and CI/CD pipeline processes (e.g., GitHub, Copado).
• Troubleshoot issues with debugging skills and provide solutions for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and work within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs).
• Experience with integration (SOAP/REST web services, third-party tools).
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data structures.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and ad-hoc reporting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Release Management.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
