We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support the Salesforce transformation program, including Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation and integration efforts. This role involves designing and developing Salesforce solutions, optimizing business processes, and supporting the post-transaction migration from two organizations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Implement and integrate Salesforce with external systems to support asset management processes.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules within Salesforce.
- Implement and manage asset tracking, lifecycle management, and maintenance schedules on the Salesforce platform.
- Ensure accurate tracking of assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
- Customize Salesforce to align with asset management needs, including fields, page layouts, record types, and business processes.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for asset management metrics.
- Integrate Salesforce with external asset management systems and third-party applications.
- Ensure data integrity through best practices for data management and governance.
- Perform data migrations and ensure smooth data flow between systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications and integrations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or other Industry Clouds.
- Knowledge of asset management processes and ability to translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Strong experience in Salesforce integration, data management, and data migrations.
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
