We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, integrate, and maintain systems supporting critical business functions. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software components on the Salesforce platform, ensuring integration with multiple systems and services.
- Lead technical teams, provide coaching and establish best practices to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to define end-to-end solutions.
- Work across teams to scope, design, and implement integrations between Salesforce and other internal and external systems.
- Continuously evaluate current systems and processes, recommending improvements and developing new processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Take ownership of critical systems, ensuring ongoing support and maintenance. Participate in on-call support for mission-critical websites and systems.
- Work closely with project managers and teams in an Agile environment. Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and project delivery. Utilize tools like JIRA for tracking progress.
- Assist in the professional development of team members through coaching, feedback, and support. Establish standards for code quality, testing, and implementation.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software programming and development, with a focus on Salesforce platform and integrations.
- Strong experience with full-stack development.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development, including customization, integration, and data management.
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and data formats like XML and JSON.
- Experience with end-to-end system delivery, from design and development to deployment and operations.
- Solid understanding of software best practices, design patterns, and architecture.
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
