Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance teams to create software deliverables and artifacts.
• Adhere to organizational methodologies and standards while suggesting improvements based on industry best practices in software development.
• Perform Lightning Web Component (LWC) development and provide integration platform support (enhancements, bug fixes).
• Engage in all stages of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, rollout, and documentation creation.
• Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings to discuss current tasks, provide updates, and prepare weekly status reports.
• Develop and implement new business requirements using a variety of Salesforce technologies, including Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, OmniScript, Apex Batches, Triggers, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process documentation, naming conventions, commenting standards, and Salesforce policies/procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with strong expertise in OmniScript and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven track record of successfully contributing to large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Solid experience with Salesforce Application Development and Configuration, including Lightning App Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Expertise in developing complex, multi-step UI pages using the LWC framework and OmniScript.
• Hands-on experience with complex Salesforce API integrations, working with applications across various platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) development and customization.
• Experience with OmniStudio deployment tools such as IDX Workbench, Vlocity Build Tool (VBT), and Salesforce CLI.
