Roles and Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom code, workflows, rules, and configurations within SailPoint IdentityNow (Cloud).
• System Integration: Lead integration efforts with various endpoints, including MS Active Directory, Azure/O365, ServiceNow, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Technical Implementation: Translate complex technical specifications into high-quality code and create comprehensive test artifacts to ensure platform stability.
• Access Governance: Develop and manage Access Reviews, custom reports, and search queries to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Policy Management: Implement and refine Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Role Mining, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
• Collaborative Delivery: Work within an Agile framework to support project milestones and adhere to ITIL standards.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityNow development and implementation.
• Programming & Scripting: Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, BeanShell, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
• Data & APIs: Experience with JSON, REST APIs, RDMS (SQL/Oracle), and a solid understanding of IGA protocols such as SCIM, OAuth, and SAML.
• Tools & DevOps: Hands-on experience with VSCode, Bitbucket, and Jira for version control and project management.
• Standards & Best Practices: Deep understanding of identity management best practices, including SSD/SSB frameworks and Web Services.
• Education & Certifications: SailPoint Certification highly preferred; familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.
