Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test custom code, rules, workflows, and configurations within SailPoint IdentityNow to address business and security needs.
  • Utilize advanced technical skills in Java/J2EE, Bean Shell/JavaScript, PowerShell, and JSON to deliver high-quality, well-documented solutions, including testing artifacts for new features and enhancements.
  • Configure and maintain seamless integrations between IdentityNow and critical enterprise systems, including MS Active Directory, Azure, Office365, ServiceNow, and PAM solutions.
  • Design and develop Access Reviews and custom reports using search queries, supporting the organization's Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Access Governance, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) policies.
  • Adhere to industry-standard best practices (e.g., SSD/SSB), utilize source control (e.g., Bitbucket), and manage work items within an agile framework (e.g., Jira).
  • System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance and stability across the IdentityNow platform.

 

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions on the SailPoint IdentityNow platform.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java/J2EE, scripting languages like Bean Shell/JavaScript, PowerShell, and data serialization formats such as JSON and Shell Scripting.
  • Strong experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS), including writing complex queries in SQL / Oracle.
  • Deep knowledge of IGA standards and protocols, including SCIM, OAUTH, REST API, and SAML.
  • Experience with development tools like VSCode, source control platforms like Bitbucket, and project management systems like Jira.
  • Strong understanding of core Identity Management concepts, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Access Governance, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) policies.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Current SailPoint Certification (e.g., IdentityNow Engineer or Architect).
  • Familiarity with ITIL standards and experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with logging frameworks like log4j.
