Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business requirements
• Lead the planning, analysis, and design of IAM solutions, including access provisioning, user lifecycle management, and access governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SailPoint with existing systems and applications
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting guides
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IAM and SailPoint technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and administration
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and access certification
• Proficiency in Java programming and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
• Experience with SQL databases and writing complex SQL queries
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
