Really strong technical expertise in sailpoint- went with sailpoint, so not really looking for an iam generalist.
Not looking for someone who has used a similar tool, a top level technical sailpoint engineer
This person will be keep implementers and support team honest, can make technical decision/architectural decisions, help with support and development team
Implementation is not going as well as they would like, need someone who they can lean on to help get back on track.
Their current implementer is maybe 20% done, they’re changing implementers now
Using same company will bring on msp support model- someone who can jump in and help fix things, can code if needed or understand code if needed
Support side- can jump in where they want
Can sit anywhere- team is 100% remote but needs to work EST and ability to jump in a pinch.
If we can KEEP someone nearby that’s better, but not necessary
Off prem sailpoint IDM, sailpoint identity now- not just on prem, so not sailpoint IIQ
Secondary- service now, jira
If they have experience in engineering type stuff- AD, O365, Zoom, they do integrate with the platform- experience with joiners, movers, leavers, etc
How does sailpoint fit into IGA solution- interacting with engineering teams, ops teams, that will be required
