Senior Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance and Reliability professional to lead and implement regional reliability programs across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capability to drive maintenance excellence in complex industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional maintenance and reliability strategies across multiple plant locations.
• Implement and sustain Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs to improve asset reliability and uptime.
• Drive maintenance transformation initiatives under demanding timelines and operating conditions.
• Influence and collaborate with senior leadership while actively engaging with on-site maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational best practices across all sites.

Required Experience

• Minimum 15 years of plant maintenance experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies.
• Proven experience managing reliability or maintenance at a regional or multi-site level.
• Strong background in large-scale processing or high-volume industrial environments preferred.

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Material Management (MM) modules preferred.
• Experience with PdM tools such as vibration analysis equipment, infrared thermography cameras, ultrasonic tools, and motor circuit analyzers.
• Familiarity with reliability best practices and condition monitoring techniques.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
• Preferred certifications: SMRP/CMRP.
• Additional certifications in Vibration Analysis (Level 1/2), Infrared Thermography, Oil Analysis, or Ultrasonic Testing are a plus.
