• Implement and develop automated test practices for web applications
• Design, create, and maintain Selenium test scripts for databases, software use-cases, bug fixes, and system usability; perform regression and negative testing within the product development lifecycle
• Define and report meaningful test metrics based on requirements, specifications and designs
• Create detailed, comprehensive test strategies and plans to identify, record, and track defects
• Provide quality control expertise for management to develop, maintain, and refine quality practices
• Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced test and development personnel

Desired Experience and Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to develop and institute software testing and quality assurance practices within established high-performance development teams; active adaptive learner and leader who facilitates and demonstrates healthy, positive growth
• Extensive experience in software application test automation including test planning and development for APIs, micro-services and web applications using Microsoft test frameworks like MS-Test, Cypress, or Selenium with .NET Core 2.0/3.1
• Comprehensive skills in system and software management tools such as Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2017+ and Git; familiarity with Angular 8/9, Angular Material, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server 2016, Java Script, TypeScript, and HTML 5
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a continuous integration, continuous development (CI/CD) environment using Jenkins, Docker, TeamCity, or similar software
• Software development experience using scripting languages, especially JavaScript or Node.js
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as TestNG, Mocha, or NUnit
• Experience with source code control and configuration management systems
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design, and debugging
• Ability to leverage ad-hoc database queries using SQL or SQL tools such as Toad
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, information systems, or other related technical degree
