Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Big Data and Data Streaming applications using technologies like Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, and MQ/RabbitMQ.
• Lead development teams in a SAFe Agile environment to deliver features and functionalities.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, unit testing, and automation.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to design and deliver software solutions.
• Capture system-level requirements in collaboration with Senior Architects, Data Architects, and stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve project dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Optimize application performance through design and coding improvements.
• Facilitate project routines like status reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage resource planning, financial tracking, and ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Big Data technologies (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop).
• Proficiency in Python or Java with strong OOP knowledge.
• Experience in CI/CD and the Atlassian suite.
• Strong leadership and experience managing small teams in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and performance optimization skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for financial management and cost reconciliation.
