Senior Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Support program scope, governance, and execution plans in collaboration with business and IT leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, developers, and vendor partners
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Drive stakeholder engagement and executive alignment; proactively manage risks and expectations
• Oversee vendors and support process redesign and change management initiatives
• Manage full project lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Ensure data integrity and successful migration from legacy systems
• Report program status, KPIs, and milestones to senior leadership and steering committees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and managing vendors/system integrators
• Strong understanding of finance and HR processes, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA)
