Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Data Virtualization solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends in data virtualization.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements by engaging with stakeholders, customers, and industry experts.
• Lead product development processes, from ideation through to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
• Create product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future enhancements and iterations.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Data Virtualization, providing thought leadership internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on Data Virtualization or related data management technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing data-centric products.
• Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data governance concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
