We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise business applications, data integrations, application administration, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise platforms, APIs, data architecture, governance, and analytics, with the ability to design, optimize, and support scalable business solutions.
This role requires a hands-on technical professional who can work across application platforms, data systems, integrations, and reporting environments to improve system reliability, data quality, and overall product performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, optimize, and support enterprise business applications in large-scale environments.
- Design and implement scalable solutions across enterprise application and product ecosystems.
- Work with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar enterprise systems.
- Analyze complex data issues using SQL, query tools, data analysis techniques, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot APIs, system integrations, data connectors, and enterprise application interfaces.
- Partner with engineering, product, data, and business teams to identify technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and performance issues across complex enterprise environments.
- Apply enterprise architecture principles to support scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, availability, and accuracy across integrated systems.
- Establish and follow best practices for data governance, security, privacy, access controls, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions to support business and product decision-making.
- Work with analytics and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve system performance, and reduce operational complexity.
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Document technical solutions, integrations, processes, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience administering, supporting, optimizing, or engineering enterprise business applications in large-scale environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or comparable systems.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, data analysis, query tools, and complex data troubleshooting.
- Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting APIs, system integrations, data connectors, and enterprise interfaces.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, application integration patterns, and scalable system design.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data integrity, security, privacy controls, and reporting best practices.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and data-related issues.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience working in cloud-based enterprise application environments.
- Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT, orchestration, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms, data warehouses, and enterprise reporting architectures.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, performance optimization, and production support.
- Understanding of identity and access management, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security practices.
- Experience contributing to technical architecture, product roadmaps, and engineering standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
