Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Analyst with extensive expertise in the Credit Card and Payments domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge across the full credit card issuer lifecycle and strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Required Domain Expertise
  • 15+ years of experience in the credit card and payments domain (banking industry).
  • 10+ years working across the end-to-end credit card issuer lifecycle.
  • Expertise in:
    • Card application, account management, credit & terms
    • Rewards & benefits, payment processing, billing & collections
    • Monetary & non-monetary processing
    • Credit Bureau processing, reissue, and month-end processing
  • Experience in payments, rewards, rules processing, configurations, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (interest rate, cardholder data).
  • Working knowledge of how issuer lifecycle functions across businesses, merchants, and financial institutions.
  • Good to have: Knowledge of BIAN methodology & standards.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to document current processes and automation requirements.
  • Demonstrate and articulate functional aspects of card development projects.
  • Define and document business requirements, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and feedback reviews with SMEs and end users.
  • Partner with IT teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and perform functional and integration testing.
  • Provide user training and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and automation opportunities.
