Key responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining performance testing scripts and scenarios.
• Conducting performance, load, and stress testing on various applications and systems.
• Analyzing performance test results and providing detailed reports.
• Collaborating with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
• Continuously monitoring production systems to proactively identify performance issues.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Required Experience

• Minimum 4 Years of Banking Domain & Tier one company experience.
• Proven experience in performance engineering and testing.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
