Job Summary
Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Financials, business processes, application support, integrations, development, testing, and upgrades. The role requires a balance of functional Finance/Supply Chain knowledge and hands-on PeopleTools expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Support configuration, enhancements, customizations, integrations, and production issues.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
- Develop and support integrations using Integration Broker, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and file-based interfaces.
- Support PeopleTools and FSCM Image upgrades, retrofit analysis, testing, and deployments.
- Prepare FDDs, TDDs, test scenarios, and technical documentation.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production migrations.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM experience.
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain business processes.
- Experience with at least four FSCM modules, such as AP, AR, Billing, GL, Purchasing, eProcurement, Asset Management, Project Costing, or Cash Management.
- Strong PeopleTools experience with Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR, Process Scheduler, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Query Manager, and SQL.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, security, workflow, AWE, and batch processing.
- Experience with production support, upgrades, integrations, and testing.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
- PeopleSoft implementation and upgrade experience.
- PS Query, BI Publisher, nVision, PTF, and reporting experience.
- Agile/Scrum and ITIL experience.
- Exposure to OCI, PeopleSoft Cloud Manager, OIC, DevOps, and cloud migration.
- Experience supporting financial close, reconciliation, audit, and SOX requirements.
