We are seeking an experienced Senior ORMB Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB). The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting billing and revenue management solutions, analyzing business requirements, optimizing billing workflows, and ensuring accurate revenue processing and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ORMB implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for billing and revenue management processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Configure, test, and deploy ORMB functionality based on business needs.
- Design and maintain billing workflows and revenue management processes.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, reconciliation issues, and system defects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, system efficiency, and automation.
- Maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and operational guidelines.
- Support compliance with applicable financial, billing, and regulatory requirements.
