Technical / Functional Skills
- Must have at least 5-6 yrs. of experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud especially working on large scale, complex, multi country-based implementation projects.
- Must have sound knowledge in recruiting business process to help customer make best use of the product and automate the system as much as possible.
- Coordinate with the technical team to complete the Data Migration on time & validating and testing the Data Migration objects with the help of other team members.
- Must have experience in designing Offer template & BI Reports in different languages for non-English speaking countries.
- Must have in-depth understanding of integrating ORC with various external vendors such as Resume Party Vendor, SMS Vendor etcetera
- Must have expertise in configuring Campaign, Career Site configuration based on countries and their languages
- Should have experience in Taleo to ORC migration.
- Good to have core HR knowledge.
- Client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live
- Assisting in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems
- Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on BR100 and Solution Designs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
