Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL code (packages, procedures, functions, triggers)
• Perform SQL/PLSQL performance tuning and query optimization
• Leverage Oracle 19c features; basic knowledge of GoldenGate replication
• Monitor database performance and resolve bottlenecks
• Refactor legacy code for modern database and hardware platforms
• Support application teams with troubleshooting and enhancements
• Participate in design discussions, prototyping, and code reviews
• Execute data migration and conversion, including mapping, validation, and live runs
• Develop automation scripts for pre/post conversion activities
• Provide post-conversion testing and support

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Oracle PL/SQL and SQL performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices
• Experience with data migration, verification, and conversion
• Ability to diagnose issues and communicate solutions effectively
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong collaboration skills and results-driven mindset
