Job Description
Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Inventory Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional consulting experience, strong client-facing skills, and hands-on expertise in configuring Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional groups to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-aligned manufacturing solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Inventory Management modules.
  • Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct solution design workshops, fit-gap analysis, and functional testing.
  • Support system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.
  • Provide functional guidance, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure solutions align with business processes and Oracle best practices.
  • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Manufacturing
    • Warehouse Management (WMS)
    • Inventory Management
  • Experience with end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing business processes.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience conducting workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with additional Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
  • Knowledge of Oracle implementation methodologies.
  • Experience working in manufacturing environments.
  • Oracle Fusion SCM certifications are a plus.
