Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts for OnBase solutions, including creating custom workflows, scripts, and integrations using OnBase Unity API and REST API.
• Develop and maintain API integrations between OnBase and third-party systems to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support OnBase workflows and reporting requirements.
• Use .NET (C# preferred) and JavaScript to create custom scripts and automate business processes within the OnBase platform.
• Identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring the stability and performance of OnBase solutions.
• Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to design and implement OnBase solutions that meet business needs.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate in a team environment, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
• Develop ADA-compliant OnBase solutions, using tools like JAWS and Dragon to ensure accessibility.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices for OnBase development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional OnBase development experience required (8+ years preferred).
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience writing complex queries.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and .NET (C# preferred) for custom scripting and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with OnBase API (Unity API, REST API).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior developers or working in team environments is a plus.
• Experience building ADA-compliant solutions and familiarity with accessibility tools like JAWS and Dragon is a plus.
• Active Hyland OnBase certifications are a plus.
