Seeking a Senior Okta Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance (IAG) solutions. The role focuses on Okta, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and CyberArk to enforce access governance, RBAC, and compliance across SOX and non-SOX systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RBAC frameworks and AI-driven IGA capabilities (role mining, entitlement analysis, anomaly detection).
- Implement IAM integrations and workflows with Okta, IdentityIQ, and CyberArk.
- Conduct access reviews, ensure certification accuracy, and support compliance initiatives.
- Define technical requirements, document solutions, and improve IAM processes.
- Test solutions for accuracy, scalability, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Okta, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and CyberArk.
- Strong knowledge of RBAC, identity governance, access certification, and compliance frameworks.
