Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and identity management solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks.
• Implement and manage Microsoft 365 Defender, Exchange Online Protection, and conditional access policies.
• Support business solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure adoption and optimal use of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Microsoft 365 services.
• Stay current on Microsoft 365 roadmap, new features, and industry best practices to recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and identity management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Defender, Exchange Online Protection, and conditional access.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, PL-200, PL-400, SC-300).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and adoption strategies.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g., Jira, Freshservice).
