Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a strategic OCM plan supporting SAP S/4HANA go-live.
• Advise and coach internal teams on transformation readiness.
• Assess current change efforts and provide actionable improvements.
• Challenge and guide SI on OCM practices based on internal history and best practices.
• Develop training and coaching materials for business units.
• Deliver regular reports, metrics, and updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in OCM with ERP transformation experience, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, training, and strategic planning.
• Experience challenging and advising System Integrators.
• Ability to develop and deliver OCM strategies, tools, and performance reports.
