Primary Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for network alerts/issues.
• Monitor and maintain network performance and reporting systems.
• Configure and install network devices: routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers.
• Manage network upgrades, patches, and security configurations.
• Ensure network availability, reliability, and capacity planning.
• Adhere to change management and configuration standards.
• Document network systems, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in on-call support rotations for non-business hours.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and manage security tools and policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in routing, switching, and network security.
• Effective communicator with experience working in global team environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• SD-WAN (Silver Peak preferred), Next-Gen Firewalls (Cisco Firepower), and Zscaler.
• Cisco Catalyst & Nexus 7K/9K, ACI, and Data Center networks.
• Load balancers (Citrix NetScaler), Cisco FTD, Aruba SD-WAN.
• Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficient in routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), VLAN, VTP, STP, QoS.
• Knowledge of Cisco ASA, IPS, WLC, ISE, and AnyConnect.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SNMP, FTP, SMTP, SSL, etc.
• Experience with AAA, TACACS, RADIUS, 802.1x, IPSec/SSL VPNs.
