Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Finance Lead on a major D365 F&O implementation, overseeing functional design, requirement disposition, and cross-module integration
• Responsible for sprint planning, documentation, onboarding, and leadership reporting
• Collaborate daily with client accounting, distribution, and technical teams to design and deliver a deeply integrated ERP ecosystem
• Present to client leadership, providing updates, mitigating risks, and ensuring solution alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX Finance modules
• Led at least 2 full lifecycle implementations as a functional lead
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and financial compliance
• Expertise in automotive industry financial processes (e.g., dealer finance, OEM/distributor flows)
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
