Primary Responsibilities

• Develop customized IBM MDM solutions using MDM Workbench, including extensions, additions, and behavior extensions.
• Work with relational databases (Oracle SQL – DDL/DML) and contribute to database design.
• Configure and tune the Probabilistic Matching Engine (PME) to detect and resolve duplicate records.
• Partner with data architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to align MDM solutions with business requirements.
• Analyze and resolve technical incidents, integration challenges, and data quality issues within the MDM environment.
• Present technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify root causes, resolve inconsistencies, and implement scalable solutions for system and data challenges.

Required Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong expertise in IBM MDM v11/v12 (design, customization, configuration).
• Proficiency in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and database design.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data integration tools.
• Experience in suspect duplicate processing and Probabilistic Matching Engine (PME) configuration.

Required Experience

• 5–8 years of overall IT experience, with a focus on MDM solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IBM MDM development and customization.
• Proven track record in Oracle database development and Java-based MDM integrations.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional enterprise environments.
