Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for mobile applications.
• Perform thorough manual testing to identify and document bugs and issues.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Utilize bug tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar to document and manage defects.
• Track and report on test progress, results, and defect statuses.
• Analyze test results to identify issues and work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on testing strategies and improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manual software testing, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Proven experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
