We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, eCommerce Product to lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of our digital commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in eCommerce product management, a strong understanding of user experience and product lifecycle management, and a proven track record of delivering impactful digital products that drive engagement and revenue.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for eCommerce and digital platforms, including Booking and Payment products.
- Drive product innovation and optimization through A/B testing, personalization, and analytics to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and operations—to deliver customer-facing digital products.
- Utilize best-in-class conversion, identity, and recommendation engines to enhance the digital experience.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform product decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on eCommerce or digital platforms.
- 3+ years of experience managing Booking and Payment products.
- Strong understanding of digital commerce, user experience, and product lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, personalization, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful digital products.
