Senior LoanIQ Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end lending business processes and requirements to identify and design technology solutions that meet business needs and regulatory standards.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for lending technology solutions, including LoanIQ, loan origination systems, loan servicing systems, and loan management systems, applying best practices and industry standards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Evaluate emerging lending technology trends and recommend solutions that enhance business processes and support growth.

• Conduct training for business users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of lending technology solutions.

• Support project planning, including timelines, schedules, and status reporting, to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years’ functional experience supporting LoanIQ for sell-side banks.

• 10+ years’ experience in lending technology delivery, including loan origination, servicing, and management systems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.

• Project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and reporting on lending technology initiatives.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to evaluate complex lending technology challenges and recommend solutions.

• Solid knowledge of lending industry practices, products, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of lending origination, closing, and operations workflows.

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with cloud-based lending technology solutions.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies in lending, such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain.
