Seeking a Senior LiveVox Developer with 6–8 years of experience in LiveVox and NICE inContact (CXone) to design, develop, and support contact center solutions, including dialers, scripting, and cloud integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain LiveVox (SmartReach) and NICE inContact solutions.
- Create and manage Studio scripts for omnichannel workflows.
- Configure dialers (NICE Personal Connection, LiveVox).
- Support NICE IEX (WFM) and Quality Management.
- Integrate systems using APIs, AWS services, and Kafka.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system performance.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years in LiveVox and/or NICE inContact (CXone).
- Strong Studio scripting and dialer experience.
- Experience with NICE IEX and Quality Management.
- Knowledge of AWS (EC2, Lambda, EKS) and Kafka.
- Experience with API integrations, ELK, and Snowflake.
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps tools.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce call center integration (SSO, Omnichannel, Softphone).
- Experience in large-scale contact center environments.
