Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, Flows, and other declarative features.
- Mentor and guide development teams, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, including configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and emerging technologies.
- Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices for internal use.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
- Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and web services.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security models, and performance optimization.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code).
- Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows, triggers, and batch processes.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, App Builder) required; Platform Developer II and JavaScript certifications preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with CRM Analytics and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Experience in large organizations or within the media/entertainment industry.
- Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
