Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers, ensuring coding standards and best practices.
• Drive modernization initiatives and guide architecture decisions.
• Build backend services with Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.0.
• Implement RESTful/SOAP APIs and develop front-end using Angular 20.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), source code (Git/GitHub), and Kafka-based event-driven systems.
• Configure ELK Stack and Splunk for logging/monitoring.
• Optimize performance using Redis 7.2, Oracle Exadata, and manage batch jobs with Control-M.
• Coordinate with architects, product owners, QA, and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Provide progress updates and support legacy system modernization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Java Full Stack development (Java 21, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 20).
• Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile delivery models.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), event-driven architectures (Apache Kafka), and source control (Git/GitHub).
• Experience with logging/monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Splunk) and database/queue optimization (Redis 7.2, Oracle Exadata).
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and drive modernization initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in banking or financial services (BFSI).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and observability tools.
• Experience in technical leadership for large-scale modernization programs.
