Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and related frameworks
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and promote coding best practices
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve existing codebases
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams throughout the SDLC

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Java application development
• Strong expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
