We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 6 to 12 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will work closely with the development team to develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications and solutions using Java technologies. As a Senior Java Developer, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and ensuring code quality and best practices are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable, robust, and high-performance applications using Java technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions.
• Write clean, well-designed, and testable code using coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code review and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain database schemas and object-relational mapping (ORM) frameworks using technologies such as Hibernate and SQL.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6 to 12 years of experience in Java-based application development.
• Strong understanding of Java programming language, JVM, and its ecosystem.
• Experience with technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, RESTful web services, and SQL databases such as MySQL and Oracle.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
