Job Overview
Senior Ivalua Technical Specialist responsible for designing and implementing source-to-pay transformation solutions, optimizing Ivalua operations, and delivering scalable configurations and integrations.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Ivalua configuration and implementation
- Strong experience in API, SQL, and integrations
- L3 Ivalua Integration Certification (API & ETL) – Mandatory
- End-to-end knowledge of sourcing, contracting, SRM, purchasing, GR/IR, and invoicing
- Experience with SAP ECC integration (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in technical mentoring or team leadership (preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and delivery of procurement transformation projects
- Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare
- Translate business requirements into Ivalua configurations and technical solutions
- Design and support API, ETL, middleware, and SAP integrations
- Develop solution design documents and support testing and deployment
- Resolve incidents and support production issues and change requests
- Identify process improvements and enhance delivery methodologies
- Collaborate with business and IT teams for solution alignment
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants
